SWSC Financial Aid Form

It's the intention of the SWSC Club that youth players interested and committed to playing soccer for the Club not be denied due to extenuating financial circumstances. Financial assistance is available to youth players who otherwise could not afford the Club Fees associated with joining an SWSC team. 

Interested parties will be reviewed based on income and family contributions that can be made. Please submit the Application Form by no later than November 15th to be considered for Financial Aid.
